A new reason to Travel Again
The 2027 Travel Again offer gives past Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit guests access to their highest-value savings when booking a qualifying package.
Past guests can save $2,950 CAD per couple when booking a qualifying Canyon Spirit package with Premier Upgrade, or $2,100 CAD per couple with Signature Experience.
For Canadians who have already experienced Rocky Mountaineer, Canyon Spirit offers something both familiar and new. Daylight rail travel keeps the scenery at the heart of the journey, complemented by attentive onboard service and regionally inspired dining. But instead of travelling through the Canadian Rockies, the journey heads south through Colorado and Utah, where mountain vistas give way to canyons, red-rock formations and expansive desert scenery.
It’s a chance to see more of North America from a different perspective and add a new rail journey to the experiences already enjoyed closer to home.
The Travel Again promotion applies to qualifying 2027 Canyon Spirit packages and is exclusive to past Rocky Mountaineer or Canyon Spirit guests. Rail-only bookings are excluded. CAD savings are guidelines and fluctuate based on the USD exchange rate.
Twice the Canyon Spirit capacity in 2027
Canyon Spirit is also growing, expanding from one train to two for the 2027 season. The expansion doubles capacity on the Rockies to the Red Rocks and opens up more opportunities to experience the route.
Canyon Spirit connects Colorado and Utah with a choice of two-day and three-day rail journeys.
The two-day journey travels between Denver and Moab, with an overnight stay in Glenwood Springs. For more time on the rails, the three-day journey travels between Denver and Salt Lake City, with overnight stays in Glenwood Springs and Moab.
Both journeys are designed around daytime travel, keeping the scenery front and centre as the train moves through a region shaped by mountains, rivers, canyons and desert landscapes.

The journey doesn’t have to end when the train arrives. Two extension packages offer more time to explore some of the destinations and natural landmarks along the way.
The Moab Extension with National Parks adds time in Utah, including sightseeing in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. From towering sandstone formations to expansive canyon views, the extension brings travellers closer to the landscapes that make this corner of the Southwest so distinctive.
Additional time in Moab also provides an opportunity to experience one of the key destinations along Rockies to the Red Rocks at a slower pace, pairing days aboard Canyon Spirit with more exploration on land.
The Glenwood Springs Extension with National Parks offers another way to build on the rail journey, with additional experiences centred around this Colorado destination and the surrounding region.
